Do I need a Hosted Razuna or a Razuna Cloud Server?
This question really depends on your needs. If you want to have a flexible payment month-to-month plan and want to get charged by your usage and don't mind being on our shared servers with other customers (all of your data is separated and not accessible by others) then the hosted Razuna plan is your choice. On the other hand, if you want dedicated bandwidth, some sort of customization, have many clients, want to use the Cloud and/or simply want a dedicated server then our Razuna Cloud Server is what you need.
How will I get charged?
The Razuna Cloud Server is a month-to-month service and is being charged every 30-days. You will have to pay for the first 3-month in advance at the time of signing up.
What if I need to upgrade or downgrade the server properties?
You can upgrade or downgrade your server settings anytime. The new settings will then be applied to the following months charges. There is no refund for the current month.
Can I cluster servers or get a dedicated Database server?
Yes, our infrastructure allows for a very sophisticated setup. In other words, we are able to cluster servers and offer dedicated database servers or other requirements. Please contact us.
Do I need an additional Support Plan with the Cloud Server?
No. With your monthly payment you are also covering a support plan for your server and Razuna. We do support the operating system (Linux) and Razuna (including updates and maintainenance).
Is there a Razuna Cloud Server trial?
No, there is no Demo-Version of the Razuna Cloud Server. This is a dedicated server which is being tailored for your needs. Please understand that we can not do so. If you want to test Razuna you are free to sign up to our Razuna Hosted Platform.
Can I migrate from the hosted to a Cloud Server or to a self hosted Razuna?
Yes. You can export all your data on here and import them into your self hosted one.
